波浪号 ~ 比如: ~1.2.2​

表示安装 1.2.x 的最新版本（不低于1.2.2），但是不安装 1.3.x，安装时不改变 大版本号 和 次要版本号

插入号 ^ 比如: ^1.2.2​

表示安装 1.x.x 的最新版本（不低于1.2.2），但是不安装 2.x.x，也就是说安装时不改变 大版本号， 需要注意的是，如果 大版本号为 0，则插入号的行为与波浪号相同，这是因为此时处于开发阶段，即使是 次要版本号 变动，也可能带来程序的不兼容，latest 安装最新版本

如果将项目的 node_modules 删除，重新安装，可能会出现某些包的 最新版本，编译项目时，可能会出现错误

基于当前时间，删除项目之前的 node_modules，重新 cnpm install，"@vueuse/head" 下载的 是 0.7.9 版本的，编译时出现错误了，最终将 "@vueuse/head": "0.7.5" 的 插入号 ^ 去掉，将 版本锁定在 0.7.5 ，编译正常！
